Since our wedding was outdoors, we wanted to make fans as our programs. These paddle fans were actually pretty quick to do. I printed on 8.5"x11" cardstock and folded them in half. We stained the popsicle sticks with wood stain, then sandwiched them inbetween the programs.
We used double-sided tape to secure these, but we left a slot open for an insert.
